L'objet était défectueux et ne marchait pas . J'ai donc créer un litige pour le renvoyer . J'ai renvoyer mon produit à mes frais. Car je n'avais pas de retour de leur part. Et depuis on me dit que le litige est terminé hors j'ai envoyer le produit dans les temps j'ai donc payer le prix du produit et le renvoie pour rien. Je suis très déçu. A ce jour je n'ai revu aucun remboursement ni de l'objet, ni des frais occasionné pour le renvoie... Environ 20 euros pour un objet à 13 euros que je possède plus...
